= sign on my parts? Cubase 6.5

Post by husmusen »

I had an arranger track and flattened it. The resulting midi parts all have the little = sign on them and whenever I change one part the change is reflected on the other parts as well. How do I turn this feature on/off?

That icon indicates a 'shared copy'. If you edit the contents of a shared copy, all other shared copies of the same part are automatically edited in the same way.
