Slur over system break disappers.

Slur over system break which begins from cross staff notes disappears when note spacing is done. Why?

Welcome to the forum, tomotomo. Thanks for reporting this. This happens because of a subtlety with the way cross-staff slurs work (and a similar issue exists with cross-staff glissando lines). The problem is only a transitory one: if you close and reopen the project, you'll find that the second half of the slur reappears. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for the quick response and explanation, Daniel.
As another solution, flipping the first half slur (select slur and press F) make the second half appear.
I'm glad if future updates will solve this issue completely.
