Help Lost all Vsts

Post by dj_frieza1 »

hi all I've Gotta strange problem, don't know if you've come across this before. I loaded a project up on Cubase 9pro last night and it had lost the path to all the vsts I have, it had been wiped from the plugin path in the plugin manager section. So I re did my path to all my .dll files (as it was before) and it doesn't recognise them. It brings up all of 3 of them. It should show about 20. Then it asks you to restart your project so I can use them, which I did and again it shows my path as being blank. It does this every time I do this, except if I rescan the same files without shutting down and restating cubase, it comes up with 0 vst instruments
Has anyone ever had a similar problem?

Is this a different version of Cubase?
Are the vsts installed as the 32bit versions?
CB 9 only recognizes 64 bit vsts so have you checked the Cubase Blacklist area?
