velcity zones

Post by hopselectroniks »

just a quick one trying to find this in the manual to no avail

i have a whole heap of velocity switches mapped across the keyboard they are 909 kick samples with different decay settings so short decay is down low and long decay is up high... however the low decay samples are still playing at low volume due to the velocity settings is there a way to keep the volume constant across velocity layers ?

Select all your 909 kick samples in the program tree and go to the "zones" window/tab. Go to the envelope section and make sure you're at the AMP envelope. At the bottom left is a velocity (vel > lev) knob. Set that to zero and your problems should be solved in one go.
