Hi,
After installing Waves Tune, the vst appears on the blacklist and will not reactivate.
I'm using Cubase 9 and all instances of the vst are listed (32 and64 bit) so I know it's not a bitrate issue.
Any ideas?

Cubase 9 does not support 32-bit plugins.
Have you contacted Waves about this?
Where is your WaveShell?
Have you tried deleting the blacklist & rescanning?
