Using UV22HR dithering from Cubase 6.5 in Wavelab Elements

Post by tbubbi » Sat Nov 10, 2012 10:41 am

Hello,

I am using Cubase 6.5 which contains UV22HR dithering, and I am missing it in Wavelab Elements. As music production is just a hobby for me and I don´t need extended features, I am asking myself it it is possible to add the dithering plugin from Cubase in Wavelab. But I can´t find it in the known folders (Library/Audio, Library/Application Support, Applications/Cubase 6) on my Mac. Does anyone know where the plugin can be found?

And: Is it worth the effort? How good is the Wavelab internal dithering?

Kind regards
Thorsten

Unfortunately the UV22HR from Cubase can not be used with WaveLab Elements 7.
