Panner in lower zone mixconsole

Post by resynthesize » Mon Dec 12, 2016 6:02 am

Is there a way to hide the giant panner control in the lower zone mixconsole? It takes up like 30% of the vertical height and I can't figure out a way to hide it or resize it.

Hi,
Unfortunately, you can't hide it, sane as you can't hide it in any MixConsole, if you want to see the faders.

The issue for me is that I have a different style of panner control. Compare the 2 screenshots below (I took the first from the cubase 9 youtube video, the second is from my system). I've spent awhile poking through in the lower zone mixconsole but cannot seem to figure it out. Any help appreciated!

I figured it out, I have a 5.1 channel on this project, so the surround panners are shown on the mixer. Removing the 5.1 channel fixes this.

Exactly. It doesn't matter, if the Channel is an Outout, Group or FX. Once you have any 5.1 Channel, these panners appear.
