.cpr file open default remained Cubase 8.5 (instead of 9)

Post by Booli » Fri Dec 09, 2016 11:40 pm

Hi

I've just installed successfully Cubase 9,
however when I double click on a .cpr file,
still Cubase 8.5 is opened, and not 9.

I'm on a Mac,
where can I update this default?

Thanks!

I don't have a Mac but the procedure might be the same...

Right click on the .cpr file.
Choose the "Open with" function.
Find the Cubase 9 .exe file and choose it (you can find where it is by right clicking on the Cubase 9 icon).
If it asks if you want to "Always use this program to open. cpr files", Check the box.

I'm quite surprised it's the same practice on a Mac....
But you are just right...:)
Thanks.
