Concert pitch and transposed pitch

Post by Vgaladini »

Dear Steinberg community, how can I set by default the transposed pitch instead of the concert pitch? Thank you, Valerio

Hi, Vgaladini!
Transposed pitch vs concert pitch is a layout option. By default, you should find that parts are transposed, while scores are in concert pitch. If you select all your score layouts (there's a button that looks like a conductor at the bottom of the list, on the right panel of the layout options) and set the option Players>Transposed score, apply and save as default (bottom left corner), you should find that all NEW documents will follow that rule.
Hope it helps !
