Scrolling through note values

Post by tarknin »

As an alternative to select note value (half note, quarter, etc...), it would seem interesting to be able to scroll through them with the middle mouse button (or simulate this with a combination of two keys as when changing rhythmic grid value).

Thus, we could simply halve or double note value from whatever note value currently selected.

Thanks for the suggestion. In general we recommend using the keyboard rather than the mouse for input, as it's always faster and more accurate to simply hit a key for the note value you want, and hit a key (or play a note) for the pitch you want. But we'll think about this as a possible future feature.
