Remove reverberation

Post by ProArte » Tue Feb 12, 2019 11:05 pm

Hello. I am new to the group and am a novice in the use of Wavelab 9.5.4. I have a very wet, live recording of a vocal ensemble in a cathedral. I wonder if anyone can advise me on how to reduce the ambient reverberation on the file?

Try using a transient designer plugin and turning the sustain down, render.

Or use https://acondigital.com/products/deverberate/ or RX7 Advanced and https://www.izotope.com/en/products/rep ... everb.html

Both work well (on certain materials) FWIW
