Cubase missing editing tools

First time I'm encountering this issue. The lane on top of Cubase with the transport controls and editing tools is missing some. I cant find the time wrap tool for example and I really need it. A screenshot below will make the problem clear. Any ideas? :?:

Cubase does nlt have a time wrap tool. And your post does not have a screenshot below. And we don' t even know, what Cubase version you are talking about...?!
