Force Remove 'External FX' + "Force Ignore" ExFx when Export

When in the 'VST Connections - External FX' window/box, sometimes I want to remove an External FX but Cubase won't allow me. I then have to go through all my mix inserts and find it to remove it, which could be on a hidden/no visible track. Why not just allow me to "Force Remove" it, also removing it from any track, or blacking it out.

I also find it annoying when I have an instance of a external-fx plugin on a track THAT ISN'T BEING USED, ie, I'm doing a batch export and am exporting tracks that don't have an external-fx, yet Cubase still makes me do it in real-time. I then have to go find all the external fx and turn them off.

Bump, this has to be one of the more annoying things.. dealing with realtime export when I'm export a single track that has no ex-fx on it.
