Hi everyone
Is there a way to automatically snap the first automation point in a region to the start of the region?
I find that often when I draw automation in it doesn't always snap to the beginning of the region, so there is sometimes a pop in the audio before the automation gets read (see attached pic for example)
I know I can just zoom in to the automation and manually drag it to the start of the region, but sometime I don't always catch when that needs to be done
Does anyone have a work around for this?
Thanks,
Dylan

Re: snap automation points to start of region
Hi,
It seems you mean the MIDI Controller lines (and nodes), not the automation line, right?
In any case, there is no automatic way how to do this. In theory, you could try to experiment with the Logical Editor:
Position > Inside bar Range
I was thinking about something like if the MIDI CC event is inside bar range = very close to the beginning of the bar, set it to the beginning of the bar. Then you could just select few 1st MIDI CC events, any apply, this Logical Preset. But it feels very shaky to me.
