Out of the Room

Post by pcbythesea » Fri Jul 12, 2019 1:49 pm

2006 was the last time I used Cubase and Wavelab to record and produce an album......until now. This is my first effort returning to Cubase after straying in other directions.

That's a new word - genderise :D Vocals are a mix of male falsetto and female with a touch of male an octave lower to help fill out. Pleased you liked the mix, it took long enough to try to get it right. What really helped with the mix were some of the Cubase mastering tools - parametric eq, de-esser etc.
