"A Support Request Form is available in the MySteinberg area on the left side. Support can only be provided to registered users and thus a log-in or the creation of a new MySteinberg account is required. Once you have submitted your Support Request Form we will investigate and reply with the appropriate type of response necessary to resolve your case."

Today I've activated the forum section on "My Steinberg" section of the site, only to find I can't post/reply in the new forum. No option whatsoever. Also my product registration is gone from "My Steinberg", so I've re-entered the serial from my elicencer, only to find that steinberg site claims ity has no licenses on it (the USB it is fully working, just steinberg site seems to have somehow forgotten it).
And when I finally decided to contact support, I find it to be only locally available, and the local distributor is not returning my email.
Is there a universal support email I can contact? What's going on here?

Some PM's were forwarded to all registered members by mistake...
Seems to be fixed now.

Yeah, I suspect that these new forums will need many small fixes and tweaks.

So did mine.

I thought this was the usual person to forward PM notifications.

However, the problem is solved. (I started an other thread about that where Chris Beuermann wrote "that problem should been solved allready").
