When I'm exporting wav files from a montage for upload to iTunes I would like the pause to be included as silent audio at the end of each wav file.
Is there a setup function of checkbox to make that happen.
How do I include the Pause in a montage wav export

Such a render option has been added to WaveLab 9.

Assuming you are using CD markers: In WL8/8.5, you can change the CD start and end markers to only CD splice markers at the position of the CD start markers and then render the CD tracks, which now have the silence included at the end of each one. Ofcourse you leave the first and last markers as CD start and end markers, respectively.
