Restore Cubasis LE to new Apple ID

Hi Cubasis Support,

i am using ipad, and have upgraded the Cubasis (Free) to Cubasis LE 2.3.1 (purchased).
The ipad was using the old Apple ID during purchased, but after sometimes, i changed my Apple ID due to my old phone (other country mobile) was a prepaid card and has expired, so now i used my existing phone number which tied to the new Apple ID. The problem is when i want to update the Apps, it prompted me the old Apple ID which required old phone verification which i no longer using and forgot its number (just few days prepaid card) when i first setup my ipad.

Now can i request to delete and Apps and restore to a new Apple ID, i worry it will prompt me to upgrade and pay again, any help ?

Hi Gogo,

Thanks for your message.

Cubasis provides a "Restore Purchases" option in the in-app store to restore all previous purchases when re-installing Cubasis and/or moving to a new device or similar.

Please note that App Store purchases are fully handled by Apple.

I'd suggest to get in touch with them regarding your Apple ID topic.
Apple is known for excellent customer service, and I'm sure they will be able to quickly answer your question.
