Save MIDI as Drumloop

Post by Steingreb » Thu Oct 26, 2017 8:08 am

Hello,

I can import midi drumloops, but they are saved as Midi file (piano),
How can i save them as drumloops so Cubasis will recognize them as drumloop and give me the preview play option ?

Thanks

Hi Steingreb,

Thanks for your message.

The MIDI preview option is available for factory content files only.
Cubasis does not support specific drum loop file file types.

Ok thanks, it's a shame
it's almost like not having the option to make your own patterns in groove agent,
But allas you're the owner and have the right to protect your "factory content" (it just leaves me with a less happy feeling.............)_

Hi Steingreb,

The decision has nothing to do with protecting our factory content or similar.
As of yet Cubasis supports standard MIDI format, factory MIDI content previews are generate manually.
