CMCs are the best designed and well thought out hardware controllers I've ever used.

It's as simple as that.

Please continue to support them.
There is nothing better than relaxing after doing nothing.
Laziness is relaxing before doing nothing.

CMCs are brilliant. please continue to support them in future Cubase versions. Drop its support and damage your future product sales Steinberg! One more burning of your customers like you have done in the past with drivers/firmware updates will really be the nail in the coffin for Steinberg hardware. I hope you have learnt your lessons!

It's all about profit and not some love for making music with gear they themselves love to use.. they see a small idea that can be profitable and go from there.. it's not primarily to tie very happy userbase to the brand and continue to grow that way..

Making new sh*t and discontinue the old sh*t ( that's mere left the factory) is the way they go and always has been..

It's hilariously sad to have spent $1800 two weeks after they released these controllers and bought 8 of them.. believing "this new modular hype" .. seeing a tremendous potential.. ( being a cheap plastic like looking toy included ) just to find out they already at the start had a finite lifespan.. I whish to this day i, or someone, will be able to give Steinberg excecutive's a flaming kick were it hurts the most as a "thank you" for treating their userbase as loosers.

Cmc-Ch is the best controller for my 2nd production environment(laptop),there is nothing as handy and light on the market.
I hope they keep the cmc`s at least supported in the next cubase versions.
All the best,
Thal

This was a straight abandonment of it's users.

Funny thing is that we aren't asking for a team... have 1 coder do a weekly compilation of what we want.
It'll take a few days of work ...and do this every 3-4 months.
We're not asking much!!
