how to set transformer to = C0 always

how to set transformer to = C0 always

I cant seem to remember how to do this, I need a midi channel to always send C0 , so need to tell transformer to transform ANY note in, to C0 out.....could someone refresh this.....i thought it was set value, note equals c0, but not working....thanks.
Windows 10 w latest update
Cubase 10 pro w latest update
INTEL CORE I7-4790K 4.0 GHZ + 10 % over clock , water cooled.

Filter Target:: enter

Type is.....Equal To....Note

Action Target:: enter

Value 1....Set to Fixed Value....28 [I think this is the numeric equivalent of C0...check that!!]
