Overload when moving mouse (wireless)

Post by Sound_Temple_Studios »

When I am running at very low latency (64 samples) and tracking a big session, frequenstly when I move my wireless apple mouse I get a spike/overload. This also happens when mixing a very cpu intensive mix.

Any ideas on a solution. It's very inconvenient/messy to use a wired mouse on my console. I do still get spikes even with a wired mouse but it seems less.

I do have lots of usb items plugged into the computer. Wondering if this could be kind of a USB overload or something?

Any thoughts or solutions are appreciated.
